why does it say I still say my webroot has expired if I purchased a new online download
I think I may have downloaded webroot 3 times on my desk top. I not sure how that happened

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
When you purchased your new subscription did you just add time to your existing subscription or did you get a new subscription and therefore, a new key code?
If you recieved a new keycode please do the following: Open your Webroot PC interface (click on Webroot icon in system tray, near clock).
Then click on the gear next to "My Account".
This will open a screen with your account info. Please, carefully add your key code to the box on the right and click "Activate". You should now see your new info.

If you didn't get a new key code and just added time to your existing account then please submit a trouble ticket and let support have a look for you.
