Why does my console say no PCs are protected
I've just tried using my console to manage the computers that are protected. I was surprised to see that the console said no PC's were protected when I have a valid copy of webroot running. Any idea why?

Did you add the Keycode or Keycodes to the Online Console? http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/661/Creating-an-account if you did Submit a Support Ticket and they will look into it for you!
