Why does my console still show a yellow alert for me to renew after I already renewed for 2 years?
I renewed Webroot for 2 years at Webroot.com. My console shows the number of days for 2 years, which today is now at 729 days, but I still have a big yellow alert in my console telling me that I need to renew. The alert is there as if I never renewed. How do I fix it so that I no longer have a big yellow alert box asking me to renew every time I go to my console?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Was your renewal very recent and also was it a 'real' renewal, i.e., you got additional time added to your current keycode/subscription, or was it a 'pseudo' renewal, i.e., you purchase a new subscription and so where provided with a new keycode to enter into WSA?
If you can provide a response to the above we may be able to get some clarity as to the source of the issue.
