Why does my Norton 360 Premier keep alerting on Webroot SecureAnywhere?

It sounds like the issue is with Norton 360 Premier and that therefore you have 3 options;
 
(i) go into Norton & add the major  components of WSA to the Exclusion feature that I believe exists (at least it did when I used it many years ago) therein,
 
(ii) uninstall Norton 360 Premier as in my humble opinion if you are running WSA then you have no need to run Norton...unless you are looking to run a layered defence?
 
(iii) contact Norton Support & ask them to get WSA's components whitelisted as clearly itis reporting a false positive in respect of WSA.

Will contact Norton and determine if they are aware of this issue and can help me make the problem go away.
 
I will also be, in the near future, upgrading from Norton 360 Premier to Norton Security Premium, so maybe that will make the problem go away.

As I said previously if Norton 360 Premium has an 'Exclusion' feature (as I believe all Norton products have) then all you should need to do is to add the key components of WSA to the list of excluded files.
 
The key one(s) are, for reference:
 
WRSA.exe     where the file path is "C:Program FilesWebroot"
 
Give that a try first and that may well resolve the issue for you until you can get confirmation from Norton SUpport as to the best approach.
