Hi Guys,
I am having problem logging into my account via the toolbar.When I attempt a log in it responds with unknown email what can I do to fix this...
why does my webroot say unknown address when I enter my password
Hey there,
It sounds like your Webroot Account has not been set up correctly.
Log into the Account Console
Click your email address at the upper right
Select Manage User
Click the Edit icon at the far right of the user you are trying to use with Password Manager
Click the Access & Permissions tab
At the bottom, make sure you have a check next Passwords.
