why is my webroot screen shot red and say expired. i renewed 2 weeks ago.

Where does you copy of WSA come from? Is it a Webroot or a Best Buy version? That is important as renewals are processed differently depending on the answer to that.
Also, have you checked with your bank or credit card provider that the payment has indeed been taken?
