Why does the Webroot Web Console show I have 0 PC's protected?

Have you just installed SecureAnywhere, as it may take a little time to show up there, as mentioned by Baldrick in this thread
The advice given may well be worth trying.
There is also some possible help for you here , and here is the help for Managing Consoles
You might also try Activating again, reboot, and check the Console again.
