Why does this site, when I try to get into my accounty send me back to sign in again....over and ove
I want to know how long my service is still in effect...since I was charged for another year...which I paid for a 2 yr subscription...I do not see a refund on my credit card...

I am not quite sure I understand exactly what the issue you have is about. Firstly, it would be helpful to have more detail on the site that you are referring to...a name, url, etc.
The way to check on how long you are subscribed for, i.e., how long your license of WSA is valid is to open WSA and under the Protected box in the main application panel check the look for the no. of days indicated:
That indicates how long your current subscription, for the keycode being used, has left to run.
If this is not the information you require then please post back to clarify exactly what you are trying to do.find out and we will be pleased to try to help you further.
