to find out the latest release number?
I can't find it on your site and, of course, there IS no "Support" tab.
I was at a client site, today, and see that they have Version 9.0.15.50...but, how do I know "Updates" are working? I can't find that number anywhere on the WebRoot website. That ought to be right on the home page, or at a minimum, adjacent to a text string I can find with the query "Current Version."
What I did, as a temporary workaround, is to Google "site:webroot.com 9.0.15.50" to see if it was found. It was. But, if that was an older version number (say, you've bumped up to 9.0.15.52), how would I know the version installed is out of date? We need an affirmative answer, not just the absence of a match!
This is just primitive "Customer Care" that any software vendor should provide, likely adjacent to the text "Latest Version," so it can be easily found. Not everyone has always-on Internet access, and some users may have "tweaked" their settings inappropriately, so getting and keeping software update is a chore that should be as near to "automated" as possible for end-users, and their techs.

It's curious that the latest version number shown on that page is "V9.0.15.40" and my version number is shown on my computer as "V9.0.15.50." But, I DID find my version number on the page at https://www.webroot.com/us/en/business/support/release-notes (for Business editions). So, something is inconsistent.
I believe (with 5 licenses) that I have the Consumer license...but, perhaps I have a Business license? How do I know that? My installed, licensed product reports as "Webroot Secure Anywhere..." but it doesn't inform me whether it's a "home" or "business" product.
I thought I'd learned a bit about computers in the past 55 years, but this way of communicating about Webroots products makes my head spin!

Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and DO NOT import any old settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Are you suggesting that my WEbroot-issued license code is valid for both Consumer/Home and Business products? I can't find any text in the installation that identifies which I have. The license issued to me starts SAE3... and it is shown in WR as "Product: End-point protection" and I note that I purchased (according to the Webroot website, which I just consulted) a "up to 5 PCs" license for SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus (which it is inviting me to renew).
I'm confused by all thie conflicting evidence. How can my product version be later than you claim it to be? Is the product I've installed a Consumer or Business Product?

I haven't tried to install the Business version but I assume that you could! Just do as I posted above to get the correct Consumer version or if you want you can Submit a Support Ticket and chat with them.

+56I just tested by installing the Business version and yes it did install with my Consumer Keycode. Now I don't recommend running the Business version as you do lose features compared to the Consumers version so please again do a clean reinstall using the same instructions below:
