Why does Webroot Personal Security Report list wrong number of licenses in use?
A recent Webroot Personal Security Report showed 4 of my 5 Webroot licenses were being used, even though I have only installed Webroot on 3 systems. My Webroot console shows the 3 systems on which the program is installed. Is there any way to identify / recover the "missing" license? (This isn't critical right now since I still have at least 1 license still available, but I would like to solve this mystery...)

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I were you I would go by what your online console is showing you, as that is likely to be the most accurate data. If and when you try to install WSA on a 5th device and have an issue then I would Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to take a look at this as any issue will most likely reside in the back office system, something that we volunteers do not have access to.
