Why does Webroot recommend I not use the password manager? Is it because "com.apple.iCloudHelper"

Does Webroot protect against phishing attempts to obtain keychain access?  My computer has a popup from 
com.apple.iCloudHelper" and it wants to use the "Local Items" keychain.  Is this phishing?

    Also if you only have Webroot Antivirus you will not have Webroots Password Manager. Is this what you mean?
