Why does Webroot scans for malware, restarts computer, then wants to scan again?

Webroot only restarts  your Computer after an install of Webroot. Did you just install this?
 
Webroot will scan your computer everytime it boots up. If Webroot finds Malware,virus it will reboot your system to get rid of the malware and then it will rescan again to see if the malware is gone. Please let Webroot finish this scan.
