Why doesn't the "Contact Support" work?

So after you enter your password nothing happens?

Have you contacyed Webroot before? If so they want the password that they sent you in your emailk from them. And you need to accept cookies.
 
Do you understand? please check your email if you have contacted Support before.

If I contacted them previously it was so long ago and I've delete older emails anyway.  Is there a way to reinitialize?

I used "Forgotten your password?" and the password I was emailed worked for me.  I didn't realize it would be a separate password for support.
