Why doesn't Webroot rate VPN services as trustworthy?
I think this is a problem because major technology news outlets report that Virtual Private Networks like Private Internet Access, Tunnelbear, and Hotspot Shield a very reputable and trustworthy for casual users wanting more privacy and security. If anyone can explain to me why this is a problem, I would very much appreciate it.

VPN's, Proxies and other avoidance sites will be blocked and it's a General Policy in place by Webroot for such sites but as BurnDaddy has said you can just bypass the block and continue to where ever you like to go. Even my VPN service site is Blocked so I just bypass the block and continue there as I find it no big deal IMO.
