why has my service already expired
do you need my key code. it was purchase in november 2015 and is now stating it is needing to be renewed? it should last longer than 6 months....

Firstly, and perhaps a little pickily, it is 9 months rather than 6 months...;)
But seriously, can you advise as to from who you made your purchase, when did you actually activate/start using WSA, etc.
This will help us assist you further.
