Why haven't I received my Key code yet, from yesterday? I looked in my email yesterday and today a

My friend entered yesterday and put in infomation and my Discover Card information. A key code was to be sent to my email but I did not recieve it.    Lorraine Crouchet

How are you?  Well, I hope?
 
Perhaps ? would be good enough to take a look at this for you in the back office systems. From what you are saying the email should have come through unless for some reason it has gone to your friend instead. Have you check that out to make sure that they have not received it instead?

I looked up the email address from your community profile and only found a couple of old keycodes from several years ago.  Did you use this same email address for your recent purchase?  If not, please PM me the email you did use and I can look that up.
