Why is Password Manager such a horrible mess????

Yes I use Password Manager without any problems. I can only quess what problems you may have. if you could be more specific we could address this better.

? what kind of issues do you have with the password manager?
 
The more details that are given when reporting a problem, the better chance that it can be resolved quicker.
 
For example, you would not take your car to a delaership and simply say "It's not working." The mechanic would not know where to start! The more detail, the better.

And now I must say that I agree with all three of you.
