Why is Webroot is causing Webex upload to fail?

My wife uses Webex meeting to do online tutoring from home. Just recently, the function to upload documents from her computer to a Webex room has stopped working (she uses Microsoft Office 2016). Webex support says that Webroot is the problem. The uninstalled it from her computer and everything works again. Is there some setting in Webroot that would allow this to work with Webroot installed. We absolutely need this to work.
