Why is "WebRoot Secure Anywhere" version say"Zero Threats Detected" when my computer is gummed up

I have installed WebRoot Secure Anywhere" on three diferent computers that have many different virsus.  After duing a full scan on each one, it comes back and says no threats detected.  An I missing something here.

Are they active threat's or just sitting there doing nothing meaning did you execute the malware?

EDIT: I see that Daniel beat me to it...again...but at least we are thinking along the same lines...;)
 
If WSA is coming back to say that it detects no malware can you advise as to exactly how you know that you have been infected?  Is some other security app advising of infections and if so then exactly what are you being advised you have as malware?
 
The reasons I ask is that the other app may have detected no active malware something that WSA will not do as no active malware is not a threat, until it becomes active...please advise back.
