Why isn't my Webroot security software picking up the CTB-Locker virus? Help!
I left my apartment for about an hour and returned to a computer screen that says all my personal files have been encrypted. Help!

This kind of malware doesn’t try to hide from users; instead, a locker encrypts user’s documents using strong cryptography and demands ransom for decryption. Infamous examples of his malware family are Cryptolocker and CryptoWall, among others. Unfortunately, this criminal scheme proved profitable, so new, stronger and more efficient types of encrypting Trojans emerged.
From my research about this ransomeware can you please issue a Support Ticket free of charge. with an active subscription.
