Why won't my Webroot scan?
I downloaded two new programs yesterday, and the computer has recently had downloads. Now the Webroot will come on, but won't scan. Please help.

When you try to run a scan using WSA, does it do anything at all? Does it provide any sort of message or error, or does it simply sit there and do nothing at all?
