My protection is about to run out. Will it automatically renew?
+56Typically yes, but that depends on how you purchased our software. If you purchased directly from us with a credit card, then auto-renew will be on unless you've turned it off. If you're in doubt you can PM me your keycode and I can look it up for you.

That really depends on whether you are signed up for automatic renewal...if you do not know then I would call the Sales Team on either (US) 1-866-612-4268 or (UK) +44 (0) 870 141 7070, to find out, before your renewal is up.
Once you know then you can act accordingly.
