Yes you can if you have a version with the Password Manager: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/ or are just saying does it protect your online Identity when entering your email and passwords it's still a yes when WSA's Identity Shield but it's during the session and it's really not encryption it's just WSA isolates the browser from the rest of the system and even if your infected: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6a_ManagingID.htm
