Win10 warns apps consuming high resources. I see 2x instances webroot installer running.Secure Anywhere is also running. Is this normal for 2 installers to continue to run?

If you are seeing this:
then worry not...this is quite normal and part of the way that WSA works. And as you can see from the above (which is from my system) the memory & CPU usage are relatively low.
