Win32.AutoBlock.1 for a CD I've been using for months

I have a read-only CD from 2012 that I often keep in my DVD drive because it holds a genealogy database that I use almost daily. I've had it in there for a couple of months when today the scan decides that the .exe file for the database has malware and a Win32.AutoBlock.1 is put on it.  Now I can't use the CD which clearly doesn't suddenly have malware on it.

I couldn't find a way to ignore the auto block or stop it from scanning the DVD drive routinely.  I really need to use this CD.  Please help.

I suspect this might be related to the issue posted elsewhere. In the mean time I've switched the file to "monitor" rather than "block" and that is working for now.
