Windows 10 action center

Action center keeps telling me that Webroot Secure Anywhere and Windows defender is turned off.  When I check, they are both on. I've tried a suggestion from the internet, but it didn't work.

Hello Robbie

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

This is a known issue amd Webroot is working hard on a fix and this should be soon in the next Webroot release.

Thanks.  I just performed your suggestion, and will now reboot.  We'll see what happens.

You are welcome RobbieRP,

Hopefully this will give you some relief but with some people this issue comes back with a couple of reboots.

Sorry for the inconvience and hopefully a fix is on the way soon.

Hi RobbieRP

It may 'break' again after number of reboots, not just one or two...hope that is not the case for you but best to be aware.

Regards, Baldrick

No worries...and my fingers here are crossed that this sorts the issue for you definitively. Do let us know how you make out over the next few reboots.
