windows 10 says webroot is turned off.
+1help needed: I've been a webroot user for a year. today windows 10 said webroot is off. I opened the webroot app and it says everything is okay. there is a webroot icon in the upper right corner in chome that is grey. should it be green or anything?

I am afraid that this is a known issue (we believe caused by recent Windows Updates) and the Webroot Development & Support Teams are working hard to provide a fix for the issue.
