Windows 10 upgrade affected by WebRoot?

I started downloading Windows 10 twenty four-hours ago.  My PC is still struggling and I see in task manager that Webroot is using 25+% of CPU and Windows One Drive is using about the smae amount.  I have no open windows except this one.  The fan is running continuously as it baby is hot.  Ideas?
