windows 10 video issues

Microsoft Edge issue:  Video links after upgrading to Windows 10 show green screen and the video is distorted on over 50% of the links that I access. Microsoft Community indicates it is an issue with Flash Player that needs to be updated.  That is not the case in my circumstance as Adobe indicates I have the current version. I can access easily with Google Chrome but not Edge in Windows 10

    Please check here at this post about unchecking the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" box. This is a post before Windows 10...but might be of some use.
