I was wondering if anyone else has noticed WSA not always being recognised as the Default Virus and Threat Protection App in Windows 11.
I was looking at the Windows 11 Security Centre and noticed the PC had reverted to Windows Defender as the Default Default Virus and Threat Protection App.
The other thing I have noticed is on Bootup the Security Centre takes a couple of Minutes to Decide the Default Virus and Threat Protection App.
I did a fresh install of Windows 11, and WSA was the first app I installed and Windows Security took a couple of minutes to acknowledge WSA.

Thank youfor the follow up.
Support got me to run some logs.
After analysing the logs Webroot Support reported that WSA is protecting the system from startup.
If I l check Windows Security I still see the spinning blue dots under Virus and Threat Protection for Several Minutes after start up and then WSA is listed as the Virus and Threat Protection App.

This is mine on Windows 11 Pro 25H2 fully updated and I haven’t seen what your seeing.

My System Windows 11 Pro looks the same as yours after a few minutes.
I cannot recall with previous versions of Windows Webroot taking so long to be listed as the as the Security Software.
