windows security center says I have more than one anti virus installed but none are turned on
Running Vista on my laptop and I have windows security center saying I have multiple anti virus programs but none of them are turned on and up to date. Also my webroot says my subscription is expired though I just renewed it. Can someone please help me figure this out? Thanks

Would you advise as to, despite what the Secuirty Centre says, what you are actually running as security software on your system? That would be a good basis to start from.
As for the renewed subscription, if you have really just renewed it, i.e., in the last few hours then it can take a few hours for the subcription renewal confirmation to 'come through', to your local WSA client, from the Webroot. To try to give it a 'nudge' you could try running a manual scan as that communicates with the Webroot Cloud and has been kn own to work otherwise it is just a case of giving it a little more time to see if it comes through and if you see nothing by tomorrow then contacting Webroot Support, by submitting a Support Ticket.
We will await your update on the first question and see if we can assist further on the basis of that.
