Would webroot be blocking Adobe Flash 17 from installing?

I am getting an error when trying to install Adobe Flash Player 17. "The signature of the program is corrupt or invalid". Could this be caused by webroot? My webroot is managed through the partner portal. How can I temporarily disable webroot to see if it is what's causing the installation to fail?

    No that wouldnt be us, if we blocked it the file would be removed completely.

    Are you installing from the Adobe Flash website. Please look at this post HERE Remember to uncheck any add-ons!!
