wrsa.exe
recently my vista sys. laptop has a pop-up box appear when it is started. The box has an option to allow wrsa.exe to run and a box do not allow to run.Until the allow box is checked webroot does not appear on the quick start bar and I can not connect to my wifi.This just started about 2 weeks ago,can you help get rid of this problem? The pop up you are seeing is Windows User Account Control (UAC) and this a known issue that Webroot are working to resolve.
This problem only started when the latest version of WSA was rolled out just over a week ago and the UAC asks for your permission to run WRSA.exe after you have rebooted your PC. Just click the 'Yes' button for now and hopefully the matter will soon be resolved.
