WSA blocking safe game even with "Allow"

Hi,

I'm stuck. I have a game dev program that is confirmed safe and I have added the three executables included in the program package to the "Allow" list and yet Webroot still flags it (MD5 shows on log) and won't let me open it. It doesn't quarantine.

If I turn WSA off, it loads fine. I need to solve this quickly because we need to start using the dev program asap. Am I missing something? I've been happy with the program aside from this. Really don't want to change programs now.

        I'm experiencing a similar problem, except for me Webroot lets my game run, but then crashes my system when I exit it.....Apparently this is considered monitoring.
         
        I'd recommend you ask Webroot to do more than just whitelist your files, it seems they have adopted a rather healfhearted approach to gamers' needs at the moment.....Which is a bit silly when you consider just how many of us there are.
