WSA Complete cleaner problem on laptop

Hi ? if you have tried and failed, the simplest method is probably to do a reinstall of WSA.
 
Please follow the steps closely!
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
• KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Uninstall WSA and Reboot
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

Please let us know if that resolves your issue?
 
IF after completing that things are the same as they were before you will have to open a support ticket which is free to all valid and current subscription holders, by clicking on this link:

I am so sorry you are having difficulties with WSAC. My advise would be to Submit a Support Ticket which they will look at this free of charge.  OR I am just wondering if an uninstall/clean reinstall would fix this.
 
Can you go into System Optimizer and disable the System Optimizer and then reboot? http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C9_SystemOptimizer/CH9b_RunningScheduledOptimization.htm
 
Then I would do a clean reinstall of Webroot as suggested by Jasper!

Thank you Sherry for jumping in. Disabling the system optimizer may work actually, I should have thought of that.

You are welcome Jasper..It is still good to reinstall so that'll work ...Because just stopping System Optimizer would of had to be enabled anyways eventually and having errors ,,, therefore a clean reinstall would be the way to go.
