Hi davidco

Have not seen that one before.  When you say "Report sent" was that that you have Opened a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know of the issue?

If not then please do so as soon as possible as they will be the best placed to assist you and to determine what has occurred in the case of your installation of WSA.

Please do keep us posted on what they come back with as such feedback will assist us in assiting users who may come here in the future with the same or a simialr issue.

Regards, Baldrick

Due to the fact that I did not have 'minidump' enabled there was not enough data for Webroot support to 'fix' on. My bad!
I did wade through the event log however. There was a possible conflict showing that seemed to me to be due to Windows Live services 'trying' to load (failing and trying again). This occurred at the exact instant that WSA showed an error.
Support confirmed the cause as a conflict but could go no further.

I think I shall replace Windows Live Mail (installed 18/6/15)
I'll ask folk for opinion in techie perhaps, an old subject these days, I must admit.
