I got a feature request documented for displaying the progress and cancel options for “on-mount” scans. This is not a guarantee that it will be implemented, but we will certainly have that discussion. The solution within our current design would require you to disable the “Automatically scan mounted drives” setting prior to connecting the device.

Regarding the compatibility of our latest 9.7.7.50 agent on macOS 13 (Ventura) - I need to confirm what the Operating System limits are through testing. The system I have access to is on Sequoia; so instead of testing I unpacked the contents of the PKG file to review the OS requirements in our distribution file. I am not seeing anything that would limit macOS 13.X systems from receiving 9.7.7, but I am going to see if I can find a system on Ventura to confirm how it plays out for me.
