WSA lacking certain tools that are available on Windows 10, but not for Mac OS X?

The Mac OS X version of WSA lacks certain tools that my windows computer version has such as:

Antimalware Tools
Protection Statistics
Execution History
Run Safestart Sandbox
Identity Protection lacks a gear icon that also has Application Protection, the Mac OS X version ONLY has "Phishing Shield"

Why are the two versions so different and is this normal?

Well, I do not know the detailed answer but obviously WIndows & OSX are very different OSes and as such they will each have inherent weakness and strengths, some which will be mirror & some that will not in each OS. As a result the features & functionality provided by the relevant WSA version will be different. That is to be expected; remember that for many a moon there was a general via amongst many user of OSX that it was malware proof or at best there was little or no malware apps directed at it, etc. ;)

Anyway, perhaps ? or ? can provide a moer detailed anaswer to the question? ;)
