I purchased the Webroot security when I purchased my Computer at Best Buy and have really been happy with it but I made the mistake of opening a confirmation email and now have the Trojan Dropper Gem and can't get rid of it. Can anyone help?

Have you tried to contact Best Buy support here? http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl if not try them first and if you don't get anywhere Submit a Support Ticket and they will get you sorted.
