+3I suddenly got a blue screen that said "your Pc ran into a problem and needs to restart, then it restarted so I googled it and found that it is most likely a virus so I ran a web root scan and it didn't detect anything.

The best thing to do is contact Webroot Support. When sending in a Support Ticket a Webroot log is automatically sent with it. Support will look over the logs and they will report their findings to you.
