i purchased zenguard/zenmate and followed instructions to connect with webroot installed, no matter what i do webroot never detects zenguard trying to connect, followed instruction on adding website exactly as support said in webroot but will still not connect, all help well appreciated

My best advise to to Submit a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can whitelist this program for you.
