You can use the instructions and download links below to install Webroot onto another PC.
If you need instructions on how to add an Android device, please let me know.
 
Please follow the steps closely!
 

• Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
• KEEP the computer online for install to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

I need to keep the 3 users I have but add an additional 2. Is there a way to just pay for the additional 2 to be added.. going from 3 users to 5 users with 268 days remaining on my subscription?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
There is a facility to be able to renew/upgrade your subscription available on the Webroot website (here). Just enter your keycode in the space provided and then follow the on screen prompts...this will show you if there is an option to go for a 5 device license for the Internet Security Plus version I assume that you are running, and if so then you should be able to purchase the upgrade.
