9.0 software is installed for Windows 10, but password Mgr. does not work like Windows 7 did?
I have the 9.0 software installed, but Password Manager does not work like it did in Windows 7. Is there anyway to get it working like that again?

What browser are you using? Microsoft Edge? If so please look here at the KB article.
Also since the release of FF 40 this is a known problem as a result in the change in which Mozilla allow 3rd part extensions like the Password Manager to be handled; add-ons must be 'signed' in order to work correctly. Webroot is aware of the situation and a fix should be coming but I havent a EST.
So you can use Chrome and IE for PWM.
