I have 2 problems, they may be related so ill ask them together

 

Webroot will scan my computer, it will say that my volsnap.sys is infected as a possible rootkit. I will delete it as instructed and reset the computer and it will go away. But if i turn off or reset my computer after it "deletes" it it will come back.

 

The second part of this question is now my Webroot will not remove the threat. It will say you can remove the threat, but when the promt to reset the computer should come up it just rescans and finds the same threat (an infected volsnap.sys)

 

any help is appreciated, if im too vague tell me and il try to clairify !

Can you please contact the Webroot support inbox Submit a Support Ticket to make sure this is a true infection as there is a Microsoft file by that name that is needed http://www.file.net/process/volsnap.sys.html then support can let know if it is by looking at your scan logs and if it turns out be an infection they will give instructions on how to remove it!
