Hello miraclejack,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

You best bet is to get one of a number of freeware temporary & junk file cleaners that are available out there on the Web.  A firm favorite with the Community members is CCleaner (from Piriform) and which is generally considered safe to use.

But as always when using this sort of software make sure that you at the very least set a System Restore Point prior to running it.

See the PC User Guide for System Optimizer

Hope this helps?

In SecureAnywhere, I clicked the "Optimize Now" link under the Utilities tab on the right.  It cleared my temporary files completely.  Easy Peasy!
