On January 3, 2025, my subscription, Webroot®️ SecureAnywhere®️ Internet Security Plus 3 Device 1 Year Renewal, had to end, but on December 31 I entered  my account and clicked the button Renew NOw. Unfortunately the renewal was made only for one device. I need it for 3 devices. Why it was not continued as before? For many years I had it for 3 devices.
