every page i open on internet explorer i receive the following:
"a website wants to open web content using this program on your computer" what
is causing this and how can i fix it. This was not happening a few weeks ago, why now.
Nothing on my compuer has changed.

Does this popup tell you what it wants to run on your computer? Like a Flashplayer update? Does it say it has or hasn't got a valid digital signature?
Internet Explorer's Protected mode helps protect your computer. If you do not trust this website, do not open the program.
May I suggest that you install a good free Ad Blocker?
