why does my webroot still display need to activate?

Would you be able to provide additional information such as whether your subscription has expired and you have renewed? Whether that renewal was based on time added to your existing keycode or you were provided with a new keycode, etc.

Hello @jtm2608  because it’s a 4+ year old thread!

 

We can only do so much on the Community so it’s best to Contact support via the Ticket system or you can call them. Call during the day Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT): 1-866-612-4227
