Hi Jerryl
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Are you receiving any error message or other indication when trying to print?
I am guessing that this may be associated with the Identity Shield, depending on if you are using a printing application, i.e., it could be being blocked from accessing protected data; for example your bank statement from your protected browser.
To see if we can fine down what the issue is please try the following:
1. Check in Identity Shield > Settings > Protected Applications. Is there anything set to 'deny' on the right hand side of the list displayed? If so then stop there and let us know as just switching something to 'Allow' or 'Protected' with out checks could be dangerous.
2. Disable the Identity Shield completely. Does that help?
3. Disable Webroot temporarily. Advanced Settings > Install Settings (or basic configuration from the management portal) > Allow SecureAnywhere to be Shutdown manually. Once this option is enabled, right-click the Webroot tray and select 'Shut down protection'. Does that help?
Please then let us know which if any of the above have resolved the issue and we can then take it from their to make sure that the right solution is implemented.
