All of a sudden I can no longer download my bank statement. Why not?
Up until approximately four days ago I could download whatever I wished to. Now I cannot download my bank statement. This morning I found that I cannot download an ebook. What could be blocking these downloads? Thank you.

What exactly happens when your downloads are blocked? Do you get an indication or a message to the effect that what you are trying to download is being blocked? If so then please post details of the message or the indication as that should help narrow things down somewhat.
